Coach House is a property that consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric AGA, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight guests, a sitting room with a TV and wood-burning stove, a snug with a sofa bed, and a game room with a wood-burning stove, pool table, and table tennis.. The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size, a king-size with an en-suite shower, a king-size, and a twin serviced by two bathrooms, a ground-floor wet room, and a cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, a barbecue and wood-fired hot tub, a first-floor balcony with furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and 0.6 miles a river. Find your perfect countryside escape at Coach House. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
