The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge and a utility with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, there is also a living/dining room with Smart TV, seating for eight and electric flame-effect stove and a conservatory/dining room with seating for eight. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, two twins and a ground-floor , all serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed, rear garden with hot tub and dining table and chairs. Within 0.3 miles is a shop, 1.9 miles a pub and 2 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore South Wales at Ocean House. Or for the more adventurous hire a Kayak in Little Haven or take a boat trip. Shop 2.8 miles in Broadhaven , beach and pub 1.8 miles. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
