Ty Mawr consists of an open-plan kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar with four stools, a dining table seating six (extendable), two electric ovens’, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and wine chiller. The sitting room has a Smart TV, the cloak room has a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of two zip/link super-king size beds, with en-suite walk-in showers and Smart TV's, two king-size beds with Smart TV’s, and a single bed, serviced by a family bathroom. Outside, there is a private driveway with room for six cars and an enclosed patio with furniture. WiFi, electric central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Two well-behaved pets welcome (only on the ground floor), but this is a smoke-free property. Ty Mawr makes a wonderful countryside base for large family get-togethers. Note: Only accepting a minimum of three nights, only from Fri-Mon, Mon-Fri or the whole week. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of GBP 500. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
