The Lodge, a bungalow, consists of open plan kitchen featuring electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for four guests and sitting area with a Smart TV. There are two bedrooms with TVs, a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, barbecue, hot tub, access to shared grounds with goats, peacocks, duck pond, and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5, a pub, and within 0.3 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets allowed. Note: Please keep dogs on leads or in sight due to nearby wildlife. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of GBP 250.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
