The bedrooms are all super-king-size, three bedrooms are on the ground floor, two with en-suite shower rooms with walk-in showers, basins and WCs, and a further en-suite bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, which also has a lockable door to the corridor, making it a Jack-and-Jill bathroom if required, and a family bathroom when the room is not in use. The upstairs super-king bedroom has an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Opposite the bedroom is a snug room. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with decking, lawn, furniture and hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 2.4 miles is a shop and 1.9 miles a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
