Albion Barn is a barn conversion is situated in Upper Brize, Oxfordshire. Internally, the owners have put together a spacious holiday home. Even though there are some period features left, there are many contemporary touches including underfloor heating throughout, in order to make this a cosy getaway. There are six bedrooms across two buildings, which house two twin bedrooms with an two en suite shower rooms and WC, two super king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite wet room and WC. There is a king-size bedroom in a separate Annexe and a separate family bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath and WC. The Annexe itself comprises of open-plan accommodation with a kitchen and bathroom and WC. In the main house, there is an open-plan living room, dining area, with a separate kitchen. Outside has an enclosed garden with a hot tub for up to eight people. Off road parking is available. Albion Barn is the ideal property for travellers and historians. Maximum of 12 people.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
