This single-storey home has four bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, and a twin, along with a family bathroom. There’s also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and outside, there is off-road parking and boat parking. There’s a spacious decked area and a lawn leading to the dock with barbecue, badminton net and rackets, and cornhole garden game included. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Hot Tub available upon request, an extra £220 will be payable directly to the owner. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 1.2 miles and a pub in 0.6 miles. Note: Due to the dockside location of the property, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Byewater is a superb choice for a waterside break on the Isle of Wight. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
