The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size rooms and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front and rear garden with lawn, patio and a summer house, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. There is a stairgate for dogs. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wood Brook Cottage is a wonderful base for your next getaway in Cornwall. Note: There is a stream at the end of the garden, please ensure children are supervised. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: The property is accessed from the front garden and down steps. Note: The property is located in a rural farming community, so tractors can be passing through the adjacent road during the day.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
