Shearwater is a single-storey cottage consisting of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and hair dryer, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a child’s bunk bed, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a terrace, furniture, a hot tub, and free public parking in the hotel car park. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 1.3 miles the beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a seaside getaway at Shearwater. Note: Guests have access to a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children’s playground, bar, restaurant and spa that are onsite. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
