The Farm is a large detached property resting on the outskirts of Presteigne, Wales. It comes with five bedrooms, comprising of a family bedroom with super-king-size bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) and single, a family bedroom with double bed and single bed, a double and king-size with en-suite walk-in showers, basins and WC's and a ground-floor king-size, together sleeping 12 people. A bathroom with roll-top bath, basin and WC and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC serve the bedrooms. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with electric fire and a sitting room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and large lawn gardens and patio area with hot tub and outdoor table and chairs. The Farm is an outstanding retreat to enjoy all year around.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
