Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear patio with furniture, hot tub, changing room, and designated parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.9 miles, pub 2.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Barn is a wonderful abode for your escape to North Wales. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: Due to stream running past property, its not suitable for children under the age of 5. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: Cottage is fairly rural and is accessed along a farm track. Note: Please be aware there is no mobile phone signal.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
