The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a Jack and Jill shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a private side decking with hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Clubhouse open to non-residents in the site next door with bar and pub grub 50m (opening hours vary according to the seasons). Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
