1 Bryn Llanwen is a lovely holiday cottage nestled on the outskirts of Abersoch, Wales. Hosting four bedrooms: a ground-floor double and twin, and a first-floor double and bunk room, able to sleep a total of eight guests. The bedrooms are supported by an en-suite shower room in the first-floor double and a family bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside provides a large lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars. 1 Bryn Llanwen is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the coast of Wales.

Bed linen inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Large lawned garden and patio areas with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles and pub 0.4 miles. Please note: Hot tub not in use after 9pm. No hen/stag or similar. The property is only suitable for families and walkers. Note: Own towels to be provided for the hot tub and the beach, Please note we request that bring all their own towels including tea towels

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
