Blaensilltyn is a detached farmhouse set on a working livestock and arable farm, 2.5 miles from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn. This cottage sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double with en-suite corner bath, two king-size doubles, one twin and one adult bunks, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and conservatory with dining area, a sitting room and a second sitting room with a double sofa bed. Outside the cottage has off road parking for six cars, front, enclosed patio with furniture, an enclosed lawned garden with hot tub, patio and furniture, and there's also a games room with table tennis and darts. Blaensilltyn is an ideal retreat for families and friends in an area that has something for everyone.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: There are steps up from rear patio to lawned area. Note: Although the property is situated on a working livestock and arable farm, work is not continuous and will mainly be feeding of stock morning and afternoon. Note Property will not have any of the following, therefore guests must bring their own if needed: - Bed linen (No duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillow covers and bed sheets...though there will be mattress protectors) There is 1x Super King, 1x King, 2x Double, 4x Singles. A good way to transport them is via vacuumed sealed bags. - Towels and Tea Towels - Cushions and throws on sofa - Oven Gloves -Leaflets, books,or games.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
