Home to one king-size bedroom in a studio-style layout, this property can sleep up to two guests. The interior of the cottage is complete with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with a wood-fired hot tub and an outdoor seating area. The Hen House is the ultimate choice for a romantic retreat to Scotland.

Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed front garden with graveled area, log-fired hot tub and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: This property isn't suitable for wheelchair users and is on a working farm. Note: 20th July - 3rd of August there will be increased activity around the estate due to an upcoming local festival. The festival is from 27/07/2022 - 30/07/2022- Those that book during this period will receive 2 free festival tickets. All bookings from this period will be subject to the cost of a 7 night stay.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
