This single-storey ban consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is also a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart, as well as a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite, a king-size a twin, and a single bedroom, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. There is a mezzanine with a day bed and a balcony. Outside, there is an internal garden with a fishpond and furniture and a rear garden with furniture and a hot tub. There is off-road parking for three cars. WiFi fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 2 miles there is a shop and pub. Hargate Farm Barn is the idyllic rural escape for family and friends. Please note children must be closely supervised with the fishpond in the internal garden.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
