Prospect House is a Georgian country house in Painswick, Gloucestershire. Entrance to the property begins in a large hallway, leading to a large open-plan living room with a black marble fireplace with an inset glass fronted log burner, and a door to the garden which leads down to the pond and the hot tub cabin. From the living room, it will lead you into a fitted kitchen with a semi-circular breakfast bar. There is a morning room, with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the garden and sliding doors which leads outside to a large garden and has ample seating and a breakfast table. On the first floor, there are two super king-size bedrooms, one with a single bed available and with two bathrooms and WC. Two bedrooms located on the second floor via their own individual stairs at either end of the first floor landing area. There are two king-size bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and WC. Externally, there are extensive gardens, including a hot tub located in the garden in its own wooden chalet, as well as a small pond. There is ample off street parking available. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
