This detached cottage has an open-plan living area with a kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and breakfast bar for three, a dining table for six, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, sofa bed, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV and en-suite bathroom, and a twin with a TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with hot tub and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.6 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Due to the waste unit at the cottage, bleach and antibacterial products must not be used, all products for cleaning are provided by the owner. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
