The Cottage is a stone-built, mid-terrace cottage on the edge of the village of Kilham, 7 miles from Driffield in the Yorkshire Wolds. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside there is roadside parking, a rear lawned garden with patio, furniture, barbecue and a hot tub with changing facilities. The Cottage is an ideal holiday home for visiting the nearby towns and resorts and exploring the countryside on foot or by bike.

Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Hot tub and changing facilities. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Use of hot tub between 10am and 10pm. Note: Hot tub is accessed via a shared patio area.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
