Town Farm is a lovely cottage based in Darlington, Durham. It has five bedrooms; one ground floor super king-size with en-suite shower room, one super king-size with en-suite shower room, one super king-size with en-suite bathroom, one super king with en-suite shower room and a super king size double. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There are three living room areas, with seating and TVs. Outside has a large lawned garden and patio area with a hot tub, furniture and a children's play area. Roadside parking is available. Town Farm is the ultimate holiday home for friends and families.

Lawned garden and patio area with furniture, built-in barbecue, outside shower, spa hot tub and children's play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 2 miles in the nearby villages of Staindrop and Gainford and Bridgewater Arms pub in Winston village approx. 3 mins walk. Play area in the village with tennis and basketball court, football pitch and children?s play equipment. Note: Catering for groups can be arranged on request. Note: Stag/Hen parties or similar are not allowed. 15th October 2020, this property has reduced their prices to accommodate a smaller party, due to this, you will have access to three bedrooms and one lounge ( please let the owner know about bedroom configuration) this will be removed when the restrictions end

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
