The accommodation is all on the ground floor, and is decorated and furnished to a high standard with oak floors throughout. The sitting room has a gas flame effect wood burner making the room cosy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after taking in the beautiful scenery. There is a second comfortable sitting room and a bright conservatory to take advantage of the sun whatever the time of year. The kitchen is light and well equipped and has a lovely dining area. The three bedrooms are elegant and stylish and the bathroom is well appointed. A lovely property from which to explore this fabulous area. Note: Hot tub not available on arrival day. Note: The room with a day bed is set away from the others and can be used as a second sitting room if the total occupancy is below 5. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
