Three bedrooms; Master bedroom with Double divan bed, Fitted wardrobe, cupboards and bedside cabinets, TV, En suite shower room with toilet, vanity unit and hand basin. Second bedroom with Full size twin beds, Fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Third bedroom with Full size bunk beds suitable for children only and a small wardrobe - Please note; this bedroom is very small. Family bathroom with a full size shower, vanity unit, toilet and shaving point. Open plan lounge and dining area with electric fire. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Outdoor decking area with seating and hot tub.

Amenity Notes

Full gas central heating. Fully equipped kitchen includes a built in electric oven with gas hob, built in fridge and freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher. Hot Tub - to be used between 10am and 10pm only. Outdoor seating area. Two dogs welcome - designated dog area in the bar. WIFI, Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own leisure towels. Parking for one car, Decking with outdoor furniture, Sorry no smoking, Shop on site: 500 yards, Shop in village: 4 miles, Pub on sight: 500 yards, Pub in village: 1 mile. A barbecue slab is provided but please bring your own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately. Note: For use of the onsite facilities, a complex pass is required, these can be purchased from reception. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
