Valley Cottage is a detached cottage resting on the outskirts of Gulval in the Kenegie Manor Holiday Park in Cornwall. There are three bedrooms in the property including a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk room, sleeping a total of six people and serviced by a bathroom with shower over. On the ground-floor there is an open-plan living space holding a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. At the front of the cottage is a lawned area and a terrace balcony with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking, Valley Cottage is a charming cottage, perfect for families to explore all of the excitement of Cornwall.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden and terrace balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub on-site. Note: On-site facilities such as the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are free to use for the guests as courtesy from the owner. Note: Check-in is from 6pm. Note: Please provide your own beach towels. Note: The swimming pool, sauna and hot tub are not available for use from the 31st October - Beginning of February. Note: No stag or hen parties. Facilities should be available from 19th February 2022

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
