The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for eight guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a conservatory with seating. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size, a twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private rear lawn, gravelled area with furniture, hot tub and fire pit, a raised-level terrace with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 6.1 miles you will find a shop and within 5.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also provided. Escape to Devon with a stay at Ashlea, any time of year. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
